Posted on: 9/7/2010 12:03:45 PM The Red Bank Veterinary Hospital Healthcare Network seeks career minded professionals to join our general practice. Intern-trained or experienced candidates preferred. Daytime shifts with weekend availability required. Red Bank Veterinary Hospital Cherry Hill and Red Bank Veterinary Hospital Hillsborough are 24-hour emergency, critical care and referral services with loyal general practice followings. Cherry Hill has eight doctors on staff including an internist, surgeon and neurologist. Hillsborough has nine doctors including a boarded ophthalmologist and clinical nutritionist and a full time boarded internist. Both general practices have busy medical and surgical caseloads. Technicians are experienced and credentialed or exam-eligible. The main hospital, located in Tinton Falls, has a general practice and a house call service. This service offers wellness care, such as physical exams, vaccinations and blood work, in a pet’s home environment. We accommodate households with senior pets, multiple pets, pets that have difficulty traveling, and euthanasias. Dedicated transportation and a trained technician are provided. The team is given a computer with remote access to the hospital database for health histories and off-site charting. Cases requiring surgery, radiographs or ultrasounds are scheduled for office visits. The house call service travels to homes within a 30 mile radius. Appointments are pre-scheduled and the opportunity to build a loyal general practice following will be available through regular office hours. Additional 24-hour emergency, critical care and specialty hospitals in the RBVH Veterinary Healthcare Network include RBVH Linwood. The RBVH Physical Rehabilitation Center (Red Bank) is home to physical rehabilitation, acupuncture, medical boarding and behavior. Doctors and support staff at all Network hospitals are a phone call away from the team of full-time veterinary specialists at RBVH Tinton Falls. Complex medical and surgical cases may be referred there via a complimentary pet transport service. On-staff specialties include acupuncture, avian & exotics, behavior, cardiology, clinical nutrition, critical care, dentistry & oral surgery, dermatology & allergy, internal medicine, neurology & neurosurgery, oncology (medical & radiation), ophthalmology, physical rehabilitation, and surgery (orthopedic & soft tissue).
